Your role will be key in establishing and developing an outstanding educational experience for our students and professors. This position will allow you to manage a small team while working with an international team to coordinate the efforts and cultural understanding of students across different countries and of professors from leading American colleges and universities. You will engage in an international and exciting entrepreneurial environment that promotes opportunities to explore and expand your professional interest and career.Key Responsibilities• Coordinate with professors and the student participants assigned to you through each phase of the academic research program to ensure smooth execution of the student groups you manage managing research cohorts• Communicate with parents about progress or challenges if necessary• Manage the admissions team as they review of Pioneer Research Program applications by the admissions team members• Develop new admissions content and methodologies to ensure the optimal selection of student participants• Coordinate with other operations team members to manage the timeliness of admissions processing• Review student applications to the Pioneer Research Program potential program admissions• Handle issues and questions relating to program admissions from students and parents• Ensure admissions quality and fairness for all applicants• Provide technical and academic support and training to the student participants throughout the program• Coordinate with professors and student participants to construct schedules for both the group sessions and individual sessions• Lead the examination and analysis of current processes and procedures to identify areas for potential improvements• Manage a small team that monitors program progress, identifies and proposes resolutions to potential issues, and coordinates the implementation of those solutions• Run weekly program management meetings with team members to discuss issues and progress of research cohorts• Proactively mentor and support team members through challenging academic endeavorsto provide the best educational experience to students• Host occasional events
Job requirements
Essential Qualifications• A Bachelor degree with minimum of three years of work experience, preferably education related• Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills• Well-organized, detailed-minded and service-oriented• Excellent time management skills with willingness to take initiative• Willingness to coordinate with professors, students and international team members across time zones which will require work during non-regular business hours• Excellent command of EnglishDesirable Criteria• Strong interest in education, innovation, and learning• Strong interest in online education and passion to help students succeed in academic programs• A patient, optimistic and supportive team playerand leaderWe suggest all serious candidates visit our website at www.pioneeracademics.comto learn more about the organization.
