Job responsibilities
1, All contractual gardening projects are of high commissions in return, paid as projects progress. 2, Personalize landscaping/gardening design according to customer needs3, Blueprint landscaping construction plans
4. Monetize landscaping projects and negotiate contracts with clients5, Cooperate with engineering department for technical support, regularly patrol the construction site, to monitor construction progress, quality, and actively communicate with customers and solve the problems in the construction
Job Requirements
1, Landscape designer holding non-Chinese passport, with 8 years or above related working experience in urban planning, landscaping or other related fields, 2, Apt in hand drawing and aesthetic skills; 3, Familiar with landscape materials, construction technology and greening tree species in north China; 4, Familiar with Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumin, Microsoft Excel and other software 5, Basic Chinese language skills for daily communications6, Strong communication skills and team working
