1. As a product manager for WINTEC in China, you will represent the interface between international sales, R&D and engineering. Thus, you are responsible for the technological and commercial success of our products on a global level. 2. In this position, you will be in charge of the R&D of our WINTEC machine series as well as the technical specification and documentation. 3. Through market studies and option management, you will ensure that our products meet market requirements and will ensure the maintenance and correctness in our systems. 4. You will be a committed partner to our sales team and will have the expertise to support sales in the technical clarification and occasionally make customer visits. Furthermore, you will equip our sales staff with technical and argumentative tools to convince our customers of our quality products. 5. You will carry out competitor and market analysis in order to identify international market potentials and make strategic decisions in collaboration with the executive board. 6. After the domestic introductory training, you will take over product management at WINTEC in China. You will also build up local employees to take on product management functions in the future.
