Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall financial operation and management of the department, the improvement of the internal control system; participate in the company's major business decisions, and provide advice and decision-making support, participate in risk assessment, guidance, tracking and control. 2. Co-ordinate the department's fund settlement and operation, accounting, timely submission of various management reports and analysis reports, to provide management with a basis for decision-making. 3. Leading the department to formulate annual financial plan and budget and implement, responsible for providing financial data and financial analysis. 4. Project financial management: organise and carry out project financial management, participate in project "four calculations", i.e. budget estimates, budgets, accounting and final accounts, monitor and report project risks in a timely manner, and track project accounts receivable. 5. Tax planning: responsible for planning local tax burden, reasonable control of tax risk. 6. Responsible for reviewing important economic contracts and purchase and sales contracts of the company, and supervising the implementation of the contracts to ensure that the interests of the enterprise are not damaged. 7. Establish and maintain good collaboration with local industry and commerce, taxation, banks, intermediaries, capital market regulation and other relevant institutions. 8. Responsible for the department's team building and staff training, the development of financial internal indicators, performance appraisal management; co-ordination of the Finance Department and other departments of the relationship. 9. Actively understand the Group's financial policies and implement them.
Job requirements
Job requirements: 1. Full time bachelor degree or above, majored in finance, finance or other economic related majors, with senior accounting title or above, and CPA is preferred. 2. Have good financial management experience and keen insight and data sense, be familiar with financial management process, have financial control ability, and have a strong overall view; 3. More than seven years of financial work experience, and at least three years of management experience of Financial Manager/chief financial officer. Financial manager or chief financial officer of the same industry or listed company is preferred. 4. Be familiar with enterprise information management and ERP system. 5. Be familiar with relevant industrial policies for high-tech enterprises, mining and metallurgical industries, and the implementation of relevant preferential tax policies. 6. Be familiar with the relevant provisions of the accounting standards for business enterprises, and be able to skillfully prepare consolidated statements. 7. Have good professional ethics, rigorous work style and a high sense of dedication and responsibility, identify with the corporate culture, dare to take responsibility and have strong executive ability; Good organization and coordination skills, good at communication, and able to adapt to high-intensity work.
