Job responsibilities
1. Sales management (1) Responsible for the overall management of medical device sales of overseas subsidiaries (mainly in Europe), formulate and implement sales strategies, and ensure the completion of sales targets. (2) Manage the sales team, including recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating sales personnel to improve the sales performance of the team. (3) Establish and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide quality customer service, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Market development (1) Conduct market research to understand the market dynamics and competitors of medical testing instruments and medical devices in Germany and surrounding areas, and provide a basis for the market positioning and marketing strategy of the company's products. (2) Develop new customers and new markets, and expand the market share of the company's products. (3) Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, seminars and other activities to promote the company's products and improve the company's brand awareness. 3. Business coordination (1) Maintain close communication with all departments of the company's headquarters, coordinate production, R&D, logistics and other links to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer needs. (2) Responsible for handling customer complaints and problems, timely feedback to the relevant departments of the company's headquarters, and follow up the implementation of solutions. 4. Reports and Analysis (1) Regularly prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, evaluate sales performance, and put forward improvement measures and suggestions. (2) Report the work progress and market situation to the company's headquarters to provide reference for the company's decision-making.
Job requirements
1. Age requirement: between 32 - 38 years old. 2. Experience requirements : (1) Have overseas sales management experience, be familiar with the market in Germany and surrounding areas, and have successful sales cases. (2) Have experience in the medical device industry, understand the market characteristics and sales model of medical devices. 3. Language ability (1) Proficient in English, familiar with German, Spanish, etc., able to communicate and negotiate fluently. 4. Management skills (2) Have good team management skills, and be able to effectively lead and motivate the sales team. (3) Have strong organizational and coordination skills and communication skills, and be able to effectively cooperate with different departments and customers. 5. Other requirements : (1) Have good business sensitivity and market insight, and be able to accurately grasp market opportunities. (2) Have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, be able to adapt to the overseas working environment and work pressure, and be able to accept 80% of the time overseas. (3) Have good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, and keep the company's business secrets.
