Head of Sales (Germany and neighboring Countries)About the employer:A leading manufacture of wall art products in ChinaResponsibilities: Facilitate and support growth in sales revenue for the company Open new accounts and lead sales and product meetings for them Develop and implement strategic growth plans to drive sales for immediate and future opportunities for the new accounts. Collaborate closely with design team on product presentations for meetings Utilize fact-based selling by completing market analysis and identify trends in the industry Contribute to the growth of the company with product ideas and direction from your account base Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule Domestic or International travel as needed Manage German sample room, and do reception of clients visit for sample room and meetingsWork Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of a trading company or as a buyer in the home decor industry. Comprehensive understanding of the home decor retail market and procurement process. Experience working with Chinese companies and working with designers on product development.Professional Knowledge:1. Product Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of wall art products and an understanding of the competitive landscape. 2. International Trade Knowledge: Mastery of international trade processes and related activities. Ability to manage goods clearing at ports, quickly quote and finalize orders. Assess risks in orders and provide solutions. Proficient in handling daily international business operations and emergencies.Working Skills:1. Market Development:Ability to analyze the market deeply and quickly identify target customers and market demands. 2. Implementation Capability:Strong ability to achieve goals, implement various programs and plans effectively, and strategic thinking. 3. Information Study:High sensitivity to market and product trends, with the ability to collect and analyze information and provide predictive suggestions. 4. Team Building and Management:Ability to motivate team members to achieve goals and guide them to enhance their skills.
