Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: 1. Collected, sorted out and established customer information and data, and established customer information system; 2. Receive customer orders and confirm order information; 3. Followed up the production schedule and delivery schedule of orders; 4. Receive customers' visits, arrange after-sales service, etc. 5. Reconciliation of sales and payment recovery data; 6. Receive and deal with customer complaints, put forward suggestions for customer service improvement, and improve customer service level 7. Develop samples, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of competing products, improve the disadvantages, and design our own styles 8. Looking for suppliers and comparing their quotations 9. Production and product control, sample making, quality control in the production process, supplier communication, and defective product treatment
Job requirements
Qualifications: 1, Major in related field (food/traditional Chinese medicine/nutrition, etc.), bachelor degree, CET4 or above, major acceptance of no experience 2. The requirement of having more than 2-3 years of merchandising experience in the health product industry can be relaxed 3. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and control ability with suppliers
