Job responsibilities
Human Resource Lead- India 1. Design and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and growth plans. 2. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization, including Core HR, TA, ER, C&B, Compliance, L&D, Admin etc. 3. Produce and monitor HR&Admin policies and procedures, to ensure daily practices are completely fit with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. 4. Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the HR department via HRMS portal to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all HR data and records 5. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction. 6. Provide human resources consultation and advice to support senior management for decision-making. 7. Establish and maintain a strong HR team, to build up teamworks and enhancing team’s professional capabilities and efficiencies.
Job requirements
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or related fields. 2. At least 10 years of experience in human resources management, preferred with leadership capabilities, able to manage and motivate team members. 3. Strategic thinking with business acumen, able to align HR strategies with company business objectives. 3. Strong knowledge and experience in human resources management, familiar with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. 4. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate easily with different lays of stakeholders.
