Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: 1. Team formation and recruitment According to the company's development strategy, formulate the recruitment plan for the US marketing, sales, HR and administrative teams. Responsible for the whole process of talent recruitment, including job description design, recruitment channel selection, interview arrangement and final offer. Establish and maintain relationships with local recruiting platforms, headhunters and university partners to expand the recruiting network. 2. Organizational design and planning Assist company leaders in developing the organizational structure of the US team, clarifying job responsibilities and team development goals. Optimize the team structure to ensure the efficient operation of each department. 3. Human Resource Management Develop and implement employee handbook and related policies in the U.S. to ensure compliance with local labor regulations and cultural practices. Establish salary and benefit system, including salary design, performance appraisal and reward mechanism. Manage the process of employee on-boarding, off-boarding, contract signing, etc. and set up employee file management system. Solve employee relationship problems and enhance employee satisfaction and team cohesion. 4. Administration Responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the US team, including office space management, office material procurement and administrative support. Assist leaders in the management and coordination of local suppliers, partners and third-party organizations. 5. Culture Building Spread the HEKA brand corporate culture among the team and create an open, inclusive and positive working environment. Organize staff activities to enhance the team's sense of belonging and promote cross-cultural teamwork. 6. Support business development Deeply understand the company's strategic objectives in the US market and provide organizational support to the marketing and sales team. Maintain close communication with R&D team and global headquarters to ensure HR strategy is aligned with business objectives.
Job requirements
Requirements: 1. Educational background. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; Master's degree preferred. 2. Work Experience At least 5 years of experience in human resource management, which includes team building and recruiting experience. Background in a fast-growing startup or multinational company is preferred. Familiar with U.S. labor laws, recruiting and compensation and benefits systems. 3. Professional Skills Excellent recruiting and interviewing skills, specializing in identifying and assessing talent. Proficient in the use of HR systems (e.g. HRIS, ATS) and office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite). Excellent organizational planning and problem solving skills. 4. Language skills Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred to facilitate communication with China HQ. 5. Personality traits Highly responsible and self-driven, able to work independently under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate cross-cultural teamwork. Adapt to the fast-changing environment of a startup and be flexible in handling multiple tasks. 6. Other Requirements Candidates with permission to work in the U.S. are preferred. Ability to travel as necessary to support recruiting, administrative and business needs.
