Job responsibilities
Human resource job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for coordinating and implementing the human resources management system and company management system of the Vietnam branch;
2. Responsible for recruitment and configuration of the Vietnam branch;
3. Responsible for building the company's talent pool, developing and implementing a talent reserve mechanism;
4. Implement modules for salary calculation, benefits, and performance evaluation;
5. Properly handle employee relations;
6. Implement and improve corporate culture and training system.
Administrative job responsibilities:
1. The entry and exit procedures and visa processing (business visa, work visa) for all foreign personnel;
2. Participate in the company's administrative management system, improve and refine the office management system and business processes;
3. Responsible for the procurement and use planning of office supplies and cleaning supplies, as well as the management of item requisition and asset management;
4. Responsible for archiving, organizing, classifying, numbering, and registering various administrative documents;
5. Factory security and security management to ensure the safe entry and exit of factory materials;
6. Handling administrative matters related to employee dormitories, canteens, vehicles, greenery, etc;
7. Management of reception arrangements for visits and visits by government leaders at all levels and headquarters leaders;
8. Other matters arranged by the leader.
Job requirements
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in overall HR coordination, and over 5 years of experience in administrative management of factories in Vietnam;
2. Vietnamese nationality, fluent in Chinese communication, with excellent English skills;
3. Having good professional ethics, excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and teamwork abilities;
4. Familiar with labor laws and other human resources policies in Vietnam, able to independently carry out human resources management work in Vietnamese companies; Having experience in government coordination, able to independently carry out administrative management work for Vietnamese companies.
