Job responsibilities
Responsible for human resource daily affairs, ensure the continued and healthy development of human resource system, responsible for the internal operation management.
1. Assist the formulation and implementation of the company's human resources strategic planning;
2. Responsible for selection and recruitment of the candidates, learn about the company’s current and future human resource demand, establish human resource reservation system;
3. Responsible for establishing communication channels and assessment system;
4. Responsible for work analysis, job instruction, set posts and staffing, propose schemes for organization setting and job responsibility design, propose schemes to improve the company's organizational structure;
5. Lead to establish company’s training and management system; planning and organizing training, evaluate the training effect, complete the company's annual training plan;
6. Responsible for the daily management, work guidance, performance assessment of staffs in the department.
7. Obey management, responsible for other temporary works assigned by leaders.
Location: Indonesia
Job Requirements
1. Major in human resources, education, management or company industry ;
2. Being proficient in Chinese, English and Indonesian is in preference to be proficient in any two of them;
3. Strong ability of communication, coordination and problem handling, high level of language ability especially in written, strong ability of planning and implementing;
4. Familiar with computer, familiar with WORD, EXCEL, VISIO, OA office system, E-MAIL and other office software;
5. Professional theoretical knowledge of each module of human resource management is required, familiar with relevant rules and regulations of human resources, administrative management knowledge is also required.
6. Positive working attitude, strong executing ability, observe discipline.
