【YOUR ROLE】 1. According to the company's product strategy, take the lead in the design of the company's products from multiple dimensions such as trends, user needs, and product forms; 2. Continue to conduct in-depth research on industry information and trend development, gain insight into the hidden potential needs of target consumer groups, and communicate design directions with the team; 4. Familiar with process and structure, able to coordinate and communicate across departments and fields, cooperate with the R&D team, and lead the reduction degree from design to mass production; 5. Based on the company's brand tonality, carry out the exploration and design of innovative projects and brand design language.

【WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS?】 1. Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of work experience ; 2. Proficient in the product design and development process, master the application of innovative tools and innovative methods, and have experience from conceptual design to mass production; 3. Outstanding team leadership and cross-functional influencing skills 4. With experience in mobile phone design/representative works with high industry influence /winning international design awards is a plus
