Job responsibilities
【YOUR ROLE】
1. According to the company's product strategy, take the lead in the design of the company's products from multiple dimensions such as trends, user needs, and product forms;
2. Continue to conduct in-depth research on industry information and trend development, gain insight into the hidden potential needs of target consumer groups, and communicate design directions with the team;
4. Familiar with process and structure, able to coordinate and communicate across departments and fields, cooperate with the R&D team, and lead the reduction degree from design to mass production;
5. Based on the company's brand tonality, carry out the exploration and design of innovative projects and brand design language.
Job Requirements
【WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS?】
1. Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of work experience ;
2. Proficient in the product design and development process, master the application of innovative tools and innovative methods, and have experience from conceptual design to mass production;
3. Outstanding team leadership and cross-functional influencing skills
4. With experience in mobile phone design/representative works with high industry influence /winning international design awards is a plus
