Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share across global markets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior, and will leverage this knowledge to effectively position our products and services on the global stage.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement global marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand awareness and growth in key international markets.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and understand the competitive landscape, consumer trends, and cultural differences.
Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and partnerships, tailored to each target market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and local marketing teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and reach.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging markets, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in international marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across diverse international markets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
