Job responsibilities
1, in-depth understanding of the automotive IT manufacturing system, able to communicate with customers, and to answer questions and problems or demand judgement, and initially give the corresponding solution.
2、Responsible for providing customers with application system application operation, business process, business rules consulting answers and support;
3、Collect and collate customer feedback information to improve the application system and daily operation and maintenance work;
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, English and Japanese can be the working language
2、Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Japanese; experience of studying and living in Japan or working in Japanese companies is preferred;
3、Possess a certain degree of English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
4, more than 3 years of IT application system consultant or project manager work experience, if familiar with the automotive industry IT research and development field is preferred
5, has good writing skills, has a wealth of word, excel, ppt experience, with independent writing programme / document work ability;
6、Smooth communication, good sense of service, teamwork spirit;
7、Can travel abroad (Japan) for a long period of time, have a certain degree of stress resistance.
