• Make Japanese language training plan for call center agents. • Develop and update soft skill training material• Deliver Keigo training for call center agents• Make long term upskill training/coaching plan to continuous improve agents’ Japanese language level and customer service skill. • Train/coach Supervisor on call center management process
Job requirements
• Native Japanese• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Japanese language teaching/training• Expert on Japanese Keigo• Good presentation and communication skillsContact Center or tourism related experience is preferred.
