Job responsibilities
1. Through customer service software and online customer service, solve and answer customer questions, and establish good contact with customers; 2. Accept and call customers actively, be able to find customer problems in time and give correct and satisfactory reply; 3. Have the awareness and ability to deal with problems, arrange progress, follow-up process, communicate and service difficult problems, and maximize customer satisfaction. In case of any problem that cannot be solved, it shall be submitted to relevant personnel or supervisor for handling according to the process, and the progress shall be tracked until it is solved;
Job requirements
Technical secondary school or aboveHave the most basic computer operation level, familiar with office software, typing speed no less than 45 words per minute, strong language ability, good sense of service attitude, pay attention to teamwork, work attitude is correct, and earnestly implement the company's rules and regulations; Quick thinking, optimistic and kind, good at thinking and solving problems (customer service experience is preferred)
