Job responsibilities
The company has now a new position available within the sales department for a Regional Sales Manager based in Huizhou City (Guangdong province)
As a Regional Sales Manager in charge of the assigned territory you will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Look for new potential customer within your region of competence
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
- Manage dealers and distributors according to company's policies and operating procedures
- Developing the marketing strategy in line with company objectives
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
- Maintain and improve relationships with customers

Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Sales / Marketing or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in sales
- previous experience in the lighting industry preferable but not essential (training will be provided by the company)
- Proactive, quick learner and teamworker
- Good level of English is essential (
