Job responsibilities
Efficiently accomplish both training session and preparation work and be able to deliver lessons in professional studios alone.
Proofreading works of teaching materials, creative suggestions are expected.
Accomplishing other teaching related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Actively participated in curriculum development and building, engaging with trainers.
Proactively involved in marketing campaign.
To learn and practice the use of live class related equipment under trainer’s assistance.
Applying positive work ethic and sense of humor to attract students.
Job Requirements
Its a full time position located in Beijing China, position need to based in Beijing.
Native English speaker from US,UK,CA, and Australia preferred.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
TEFL certificate (120 hours online learning).
Preferred qualifications:
Detailed understanding of teaching language and performance.
Excellent communication skills; confidence in presenting story to children aged from 4-12.
Early childhood teaching experience working with cross functional teams in a matrix environment.
Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives; distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.
Demonstrated ability to work, collaborate and influence cross-functionally.
