Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Customer Service and Management Receive every guest warmly and courteously, provide professional counseling services, and answer guests' questions about hotel services, facilities and prices. Supervise the customer service quality of front desk staff to ensure the service process is standardized and efficient to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle guest complaints in a timely manner, record guest feedback, coordinate with relevant departments for improvement, and ensure that guest issues are properly resolved. Lobby Management and Maintenance Supervise the daily cleaning and maintenance of the lobby area to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. Manage the facilities and equipments in the lobby to ensure their normal operation, and report damaged equipments in time. Coordinate with the hotel security department to ensure the order and safety of the lobby area. Staff Management and Training Responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment and motivation of front desk staff to create an efficient and professional service team. Regularly organize staff to participate in business knowledge, service skills and other aspects of training to enhance the professionalism of staff. Pay attention to the work status of employees, provide timely guidance and assistance to ensure that employees maintain a good working condition. Departmental coordination and communication Maintain close contact with all departments of the hotel, coordinate and handle guest needs to ensure seamless service. Convene regular departmental meetings to share service experience, solve problems encountered in the work, and enhance the overall service level of the department. Report lobby operation to hotel management in a timely manner and make suggestions for improvement to promote hotel business development. Marketing and Branding Assist the hotel marketing department to carry out promotional activities to attract potential customers and increase hotel occupancy rate. Make full use of the lobby area to display the hotel's special services and products to enhance guests' recognition and goodwill towards the hotel. Pay attention to market dynamics and competitors' situation, and provide suggestions for the hotel's marketing strategy adjustment.
Job requirements
Requirements Educational Background: Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism Management or related field with solid theoretical foundation in hotel management. Work experience: more than 3 years management experience in hotel lobby or related field, familiar with hotel front desk operation process and standards. Professional skills: good service sense and communication skills, able to properly handle guest complaints and emergencies. Leadership skills: strong team management and leadership skills, able to stimulate staff's motivation and creativity. Professionalism: High sense of responsibility and professional ethics, able to maintain the brand image and reputation of the hotel.
