1. Be responsible for the operation of the overall process of cargo transportation after receiving the order, and handle the abnormal emergencies during the operation; 2. Check the production of bills of lading or shipping documents, and be responsible for communication with customers, suppliers and agents. 3. Confirm whether the goods have been shipped, send the forecast, issue the bill of lading, and confirm the customs clearance delivery or bill change after arrival; 4. Payment request/dunning; 5. Business completion, statistics and analysis; 6. Follow-up of container goods and documents.

1. Familiar with the import and export operation process of ocean freight forwarders, and those with relevant work experience are preferred; 2. College degree or above, familiar with office automation; 3. Work actively and seriously, have strong ability to deal with problems, and have a hard-working spirit and a sense of responsibility.
