Job responsibilities
1.Align with the company’s strategic goals, responsible for outputting planning strategies for the event planning team, coordinating schedules, product themes, and omnichannel positioning. This includes in-store customer acquisition activities, omnichannel (offline/online) main visual material design, and setting business objectives. Provide recommendations for store operations development, plan and advance the company’s offline channel operations strategy, processes, and plans to ensure the successful achievement of operational goals, supporting the company’s strategic planning. 2.Oversee the VMD (Visual Merchandising) team, ensuring the output of image and video assets, visual communication, and offline visual implementation. 3.Manage the content marketing team, including the operation of public media accounts, and the management of media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Line, and the official website. Organize stores to produce and distribute content. 4.Collaborate with offline shopping malls and internal KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) for resource partnerships and media promotion. Integrate various online and offline channels and resources to drive store promotion, achieving increased foot traffic and customer conversion. 5.Plan and execute IP crossovers and pop-up stores with shopping malls or other industries. Oversee the offline promotion and execution of city flagship stores. Analyze and evaluate daily operational and market data, optimize operational plans periodically, provide solutions to issues, and adjust promotion strategies based on data analysis to continuously improve store foot traffic. 6.Manage daily operations within the department, including team building, personnel development, performance management, and task execution. Drive team growth and enhance team performance. 7.Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager in Thailand.
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a solid understanding of the retail market and retail concepts. Overseas study experience is preferred. 2.Proficiency in both Chinese and English. Knowledge of Thai is a plus. 3.Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, marketing, and management. Overseas work experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in IP-related brands and the Thai market. 4.Strong data analysis and planning skills, adept at promotional planning and offline event execution. Ability to effectively coordinate and leverage resources to achieve goals. Strong insight into offline retail scenarios and customer behavior. Self-driven, highly motivated, and responsible. 5.Established relationships with shopping mall stakeholders. Strong negotiation, communication, and public relations skills. Ability to handle work pressure.
