About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. This role is integral to driving operational efficiency, marketing insights, and sales alignment at Diversitech Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering insights that optimize our sales and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Cross-Team Collaboration: Create and manage monthly content and operational plans involving Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams. - Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure campaign effectiveness, track website activity, and set up detailed conversion tracking. - KPI Analysis: Monitor key metrics (e.g., CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, and ROI) to evaluate campaign success and customer acquisition efficiency. - Data Visualization: Leverage SQL, Looker Studio, or similar tools to create actionable reports for web traffic, social media performance, and lead generation activities. - Problem-Solving: Analyze campaign results to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot low conversions, and propose data-driven strategies to optimize outcomes. - Content Insights: Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor reports that provide insights into social media, email campaigns, and content strategies. - Data Ownership: Ensure data accuracy and completeness in reports, address gaps, and propose solutions for inaccessible data. - Learning and Growth: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in marketing analytics and RevOps. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Strong knowledge of key marketing metrics and formulas (e.g., CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROI). - Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SQL, and visualization tools (Looker Studio preferred). - Ability to collaborate across departments and balance competing priorities. - Passion for using data to inform decisions and solve challenges. - Proactive and organized, with excellent communication skills.
Job requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Analytics, or a similar role. Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver clear, actionable insights. Familiarity with sales pipelines and marketing automation tools is a plus. Why Join Us?
