Main responsibilities
Market research and analysis
Responsible for conducting in-depth research on the Southeast Asian market, analyzing market demand, competitive trends, and consumer behavior.
Monitor market trends, collect and organize industry information, and provide data support for company decision-making.
Marketing strategy development
Based on market research results, develop marketing strategies and promotion plans for the Southeast Asian market.
Collaborate with other departments, coordinate resources, and ensure the smooth implementation of marketing activities.
Brand promotion and promotion
Plan and organize various online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Manage and maintain the company's official website, social media and other channels to ensure timely and accurate information updates.
Channel development and maintenance
Expand sales channels in the Southeast Asian market and establish long-term stable cooperative relationships with partners.
Regularly evaluate and adjust channel partners to optimize channel layout.
Sales support and coordination
Provide market information and customer support to the sales team, and assist in achieving sales targets.
Coordinate internal resources, solve problems encountered during the sales process, and improve customer satisfaction.
Team building and management
Establish and manage a Southeast Asian marketing team to enhance overall team quality and execution.
Develop team performance evaluation standards to motivate team members to actively innovate and work efficiently.

educational background
Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business management, or related fields.
Work experience
More than 5 years of experience in marketing or related fields, with priority given to those with experience in Southeast Asian marketing.
Skills and Abilities
Familiar with marketing theories and methods, possessing strong market analysis and planning abilities.
Having good communication skills and negotiation skills, able to establish good relationships with partners.
Strong team management and leadership skills, able to lead the team to efficiently complete work tasks.
Proficient in using various office software and marketing tools.
Personal qualities
Proactive and proactive, with strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure.
Having good professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
