Job responsibilities
1. Research the development and latest trends of the market, and regularly submit market expansion reports and market analysis reports.
2. Responsible for the update and maintenance of all social platforms of the company.
3. Connect with colleagues in the department to discuss market-related materials and Work support.
4. Guide the production of various promotional materials, sales support materials, including videos of cooperative real estate projects and the production of corresponding market materials
5. Develop and manage media and supplier channels, and maintain communication with the media (including self-media) good relationship.
6. Responsible for the company's brand positioning, establish and improve the company's new media operations, and control the brand's publicity orientation.
Job requirements
Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with the local market, company's projects and products.
2. Proved skill of marketing achievement and relative work; abilities to organize and formulate market planning for the purpose of generating customers and customer engagement.
3. Have experience in project market expansion and social media operation; proficient in PS and video editing; independent Work ability and teamwork spirit; strong expression, understanding and public relations skills; proactive, cheerful and willing to accept challenges.
4. Fluent in English and Chinese, Turkish will be a plus.
