Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: Manage official overseas e-commerce social media platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), plan daily content, organize events, interact with followers, increase follower count and account activity, enhance brand influence, and raise product awareness. Primarily responsible for creating video and image content for e-commerce social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This includes topic selection, planning, video editing, increasing follower count and engagement, retaining active followers, and enhancing brand account influence to support conversions. Regularly update content across all social media platforms, monitor competitor operations, discover market trends, create topics, plan creative content, and develop promotional materials to increase the attention and engagement of the official overseas channels. Research and practice marketing methods such as overseas blogs, forums, affiliate networks, articles, Q&A platforms, and communities. Regularly analyze marketing data, track campaign performance, and assist the operations department in adjusting marketing and promotion strategies.
Job requirements
Job Requirements: Associate's degree or above, with CET6 or higher English proficiency, and fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Familiarity with major overseas social media platforms and their marketing operations, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. At least one year of experience in overseas social media planning and operations. Experience with Facebook/Instagram ad placements is a plus. Ability to create and promote content using videos, images, and trending topics that align with the brand image. Highly sensitive to industry trends, with strong insight and topic-finding skills. Capable of analyzing user data and understanding consumer psychology. Strong independent planning ability, able to leverage internal and external resources to complete event planning and creative promotional work. Excellent logical thinking, data analysis skills, and cost awareness. Open-minded with a willingness to explore new things, and able to independently analyze and solve problems. Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM with a 1.5-hour lunch break. (This is a full-time in-office position.)
