1.Responsible for the evaluation, development, introduction, and follow-up of new equipment; 2.In charge of designing the fixture structure of equipment, as well as the modification, optimization, and ensuring smooth production; 3.Responsible for the acceptance of equipment, ensuring it meets design and production requirements; 4.Oversee the design, commissioning, selection, maintenance, and spare parts management of production equipment to ensure smooth operation; 5.Improve equipment and fixtures, optimize and enhance production efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English as a working language; 2. Proficient in the use of design software, possessing the ability to design equipment fixtures; 3. Thorough understanding of circuit principles, microcontrollers, or PLCs, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills in electrical equipment faults; 4. Extensive experience in improving and optimizing machinery and tooling, along with some experience in the design and fabrication of automated equipment; 5. Experience in creating Design for Manufacturability (DFM) documents and acceptance documentation.
