Maintain a professional image at the event site and work closely with the photographer, director and other staff to complete the shooting or display tasks. Maintain personal image Maintain healthy living habits, good figure and physique. Pay attention to fashion dynamics, understand industry trends, and constantly improve personal aesthetics and fashion sense. Regularly update personal image photos to provide the latest material for the company's promotional materials. Office Assistant Duties Administrative affairs handling Responsible for answering phone calls, receiving visitors, providing basic counseling and guidance. Assist in arranging meetings, activities, etc., including venue booking, notice sending, material preparation, etc. Maintain the office environment in a neat and orderly manner, and ensure the normal operation of office equipment. Organizing Documents and Materials Assist in organizing and filing all kinds of documents and information to ensure the security and accessibility of the information. Responsible for printing, copying, scanning and other document processing work. Assist in handling daily administrative affairs such as employee attendance and reimbursement. Assist in team work Assist team members in daily affairs, provide necessary support and assistance. Communicate company policies and notices in a timely manner to ensure smooth and accurate information.
Job requirements
Requirements Educational background: college degree or above, modeling or related majors are preferred. Appearance: Good body and appearance conditions, meet the basic requirements of the modeling industry. Work experience: Modeling or related assistant work experience is preferred. Professional skills: good communication skills and organizational and coordinating skills, able to use office software proficiently.
