Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction, and promote end-to-end capability enhancement for China-Europe logistics. 2. Business Market Expansion: Strengthen market and customer research in the respective countries. Expand and enhance the channel sales capabilities of resellers and direct customers. Continuously explore business opportunities through national trade shows and platform relationships, rapidly responding to regional resources and expanding the national market. 3. Team Efficiency Improvement: Improve operational standards and team effectiveness at the country level through supervising reseller and business team operations, providing business guidance, and optimizing work models. Accelerate business processes and operations to enhance team performance. 4. Local Relationship Management and Resource Acquisition: Understand local regulations, institutional processes, and resource distribution. Establish and maintain good external relationships and resource acquisition capabilities in the local area to ensure healthy business operations.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, in logistics, marketing, management, economics, or related fields; overseas study experience is preferred. 2. 5 years or more of experience in the express logistics and supply chain industry or management experience. 3. Familiar with the cross-border logistics supply chain industry, with experience independently leading projects related to product development, market promotion, and operational assurance in overseas logistics supply chains. 4. Local identity, work visa, or resources in European countries are preferred. 5. Strong communication and business negotiation skills; team management and stress resistance abilities; diligent, responsible, and with strong execution skills. 6. English can be used as the working language.
