Job Responsibilities Reception: Receive visitors warmly and courteously, take the initiative to provide necessary assistance and guidance. Skillfully use English for verbal communication to ensure smooth communication with foreign customers or partners. Accurately record the information of visiting guests, including name, purpose of visit, contact information, etc., and promptly notify the relevant departments or personnel. Administrative Support: Responsible for daily administrative affairs in the office, such as answering phone calls, sending and receiving emails, and organizing documents. Assist in arranging meetings, including meeting room booking, notification of participants, preparation of meeting materials, etc. Maintain the office environment in a neat and orderly manner, and ensure the adequacy and normal use of office supplies. Cultural exchange and coordination: Actively participate in cultural exchange activities within and outside the company to promote understanding and cooperation among employees with different cultural backgrounds. Assist in resolving communication barriers or misunderstandings due to cultural differences and promote effective communication. Understand and respect the cultures and customs of different countries to create an inclusive and harmonious office environment for the company.
