Job responsibilities
1. Develop clients in the North American region and establish channel systems, including agents, secondary KA accounts, and OEM customers. 2. Manage the use of market funds and formulate product and pricing strategies. 3. Maintain market order and ensure partner profitability. 4. Optimize the distributor system based on the existing channel structure and act as a channel consolidator to ensure channel inventory supply. 5. Develop sales strategies according to company requirements, set quarterly/annual goals and plans, improve the marketing organization system and management framework, and allocate company resources effectively to ensure the implementation of marketing strategies. 6. Manage region-specific sell-in and sell-out activities to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts.
Job requirements
1. Understanding of consumer product channel sales, with experience in 3C, personal care, small appliances, robotics, etc. preferred; 2. Experience in B2B/B2C preferred; 3. Strong ability to develop new business, including client appointments, visits, and key account development, with experience in opening new markets and channel management preferred; 4. Experience in sales forecasting, inventory management, terminal sales price management, and KA store management preferred; 5. English CET-6 or above, fluent in spoken English, able to communicate smoothly with international clients; 6. Over 3 years of sales experience in the North American region.
