Job responsibilities
1. Government information transmission. Ensure timely communication of inquiries or other needs from government departments to headquarters and regional operations offices, including but not limited to telephone inquiries, emails, letters, government systems, etc.
2. Daily operational affairs. Responsible for assisting the regional operations supervisor in handling specific matters locally, including submitting various documents, purchasing necessary vouchers or receipts for business operations, including but not limited to stamp duty invoices, bank instructions, etc.
3. Archive company documents. According to national regulations, if a company's basic documents need to be kept in the office, they should be properly compiled, archived, and kept to ensure that they can respond to government reviews at any time.
4. Document translation. Responsible for assisting the headquarters and regional operations supervisors in translating and proofreading various government and company documents to ensure information accuracy.
5. Others. Complete other tasks assigned by the headquarters and regional operations on time.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Education: bachelor degree, major is not limited.
- Experience: 1-3 years and above, with relevant experience in operations, administration and financial assistant.
- Egypt and Nigeria Local nationality.
Skills Required:
- Fluent communication in English (ability to translate documents is required for countries where English is not the official language).
- Understanding of basic local business environment.
- Honest and trustworthy, careful and responsible, down-to-earth and stable.
Work Location:
- Egyptian employees will be trained in Shenzhen headquarters and then return to Egypt to work in Cairo.
- Nigerian employees are based in Shenzhen and need to travel to Nigeria.
