Job responsibilities
1. Assist in the delivery of products and coordinate with sales orders. 2. Collaborate with internal planning and production departments to lead and control the overall project delivery schedule, shipping progress, and product delivery. 3. Communicate with project clients to coordinate real-time delivery plans and promptly address various delivery issues. 4. Act as a liaison with the project department, quality department, after-sales, technical team, and sales team to provide timely feedback on customer issues, identify problem areas, and leverage internal resources to propose corresponding solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with sales during the delivery phase to update shipping data and sales revenue status. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by the department supervisor.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with experience in order management in the photovoltaic industry preferred. 2. Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Strong team spirit, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle issues independently.
