Job responsibilities
1.Market and Consumer Insights: Routinely conduct research and insights into the market, industry, and consumers. Collect macro market, industry (customer channel), consumer, and competitive data, and produce valuable insight analysis reports. 2.Product Management and Operation: Manage single products and product portfolios. Based on the basic process of product launch management, develop/manage marketing strategies, pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and channel inventory strategies according to market dynamics. Maintain market order and promote product profitability. 3.Project Management: Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle project management of products. Develop reasonable objectives and plans based on goals, coordinate resources across sales, brand, retail, and other departments to deliver strategies and product plans. Align marketing resources with product strategies to maximize return on investment. Monitor the implementation process of the product GTM (Go-To-Market) plan.
Job requirements
1. Practical experience in market and consumer insights, with excellent data analysis and insight capabilities. 2. Proficient in product lifecycle management processes. Experience in product operation, product launch management, and inventory and pricing control. 3.Strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, and excellent communication and coordination skills. 4. Background in engineering or science, with fluent English speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
