1. The Business Manager develops the annual business strategy, understands the target customers' needs for vacation products, and creates a product plan. 2. Negotiates with and maintains relationships with suppliers, and procures destination resources. 3. Designs product routes and packages them into online travel products, completing the product launch. 4. Monitors target customers, market environment, and competitors; handles daily operations of team products, including maintaining vacation notifications and managing product updates. 5. Monitors daily sales and conducts regular reviews, including performance and quality analysis. 6. Plans, designs, and implements high-end travel services, ensuring personalized needs are met. 7. Negotiates and collaborates with suppliers, ensuring service quality standards are met. 8. Resolves issues that may arise during customers' travel, ensuring smooth itineraries. 9. Coordinates team members’ work to ensure team goals are achieved and work efficiency is maintained. 10. Ensures the company’s travel plans comply with relevant regulations and policy requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; experience in overseas travel or high-end custom travel, and resources in the travel industry are preferred. 2. Extensive experience in the travel industry with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. 3. Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills. 4. Familiarity with major travel destinations and local cultures, able to provide professional advice to clients. 5. Strong customer service attitude and problem-solving ability. 6. Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. 7. Keen insight into travel industry trends, with the ability to continuously innovate and improve service quality. 8. Driver’s license, good appearance, and strong execution ability.
