Job responsibilities
1. AI Software Development Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of artificial intelligence software development projects. 2. Project Management: Manage company software development projects from design to product release. 3. equirements Understanding: Thoroughly understand project requirements, closely collaborate with product management and technical teams to ensure projects are completed according to goals and timelines. 4. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management. 5. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and create risk mitigation strategies to ensure minimal project risk. 6. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and project success. 7. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, regularly report status to management, and adjust strategies and plans to address any challenges or changes. 8. Team Management: Manage the project team, motivate team members, and ensure an efficient and coordinated workflow. 9. Process Optimization: Maintain and optimize development processes, applying best practices and tools to enhance team efficiency and product quality. 10. Documentation: Responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation, including requirement specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
Job requirements
**Overseas Project Manager** 1. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields, with 3-5 years of experience in software development project management. 2. Technical Skills: Proficient in at least one programming language (C++, Python, Java) and familiar with mainstream databases such as MongoDB. 3. Language Skills: English proficiency for both spoken and written communication. 4. Project Management Tools: Proficient in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. 5. Software Lifecycle Management: Skilled in managing the entire software product lifecycle, including development, testing, release, and version management. 6. CI Tools: Knowledgeable in mainstream CI and release tools like Jenkins. 7. Communication & Coordination: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to manage project teams effectively and maintain good customer relationships. 8. Leadership & Organization: Strong organizational and leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and handling high-pressure work environments. 9. Experience: Managed at least 3 large-scale software development projects. 10. Willingness to Relocate: Open to relocation for overseas assignments, with prior overseas project management experience preferred.
