Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Market analysis and research: Analyze the trend of the international market, competitive situation and customer needs, and provide data support for the development of sales strategy. Regularly collect and organize industry reports and competitor information to provide reference for the company's decision-making. Customer development and maintenance: Take the initiative to find and develop potential customers, establish and maintain good customer relations. Track changes in customer needs, visit customers regularly and provide personalized solutions. Handle customer feedback and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy and Execution: Formulate and adjust the overseas sales strategy according to the market situation to ensure the achievement of sales target. Participate in international business negotiations, facilitate the signing of contracts, and ensure the smooth implementation of sales contracts. Tracking sales orders to ensure that goods are delivered on time and payments are collected in a timely manner. Sales channel construction and management: Expand and maintain overseas sales channels, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationship with partners. Manage the sales team, set sales targets and motivate team members to actively develop business. Organize regular sales meetings to share market information and sales experience, and improve the overall sales ability of the team. Product promotion and brand building: Participate in overseas product promotion activities to enhance the popularity and market share of the company's products. Participate in international exhibitions, forums and other activities to demonstrate the company's products and technical strength. Publicize the company's brand image and enhance the company's competitiveness in the international market. Job benefit: - The salary is consist of basic salary and commission. Always pay salary on time. Job requirements
Requirements: Educational background: Bachelor degree or above in international trade, marketing, business English and other related majors. Work experience: more than 2 years of experience in overseas sales or related fields, familiar with international trade process and related regulations. Language skills: excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to skillfully use business English for international communication. Professional skills: good market analysis, negotiation skills, customer relationship management skills. Personal qualities: strong communication skills, teamwork skills, stress resistance, and the ability to adapt to international travel.
