Job responsibilities
1. Provide technical service support for company products to clients, including online and offline product training and technical training. 2. Communicate and analyze customer needs to configure technical solutions. 3. Assist clients with on-site debugging and resolve technical issues. 4. Write technical documentation for overseas clients, create training materials, and maintain customer product records. 5. Travel approximately half the year to Southeast Asia, Europe, or the United States, determining travel areas based on the situation.
Job requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering-related field. 2. Proficient in English (or another required language) as a working language. 3. Over three years of experience in overseas technical roles. 4. Strong communication and comprehension skills, with the ability to effectively understand customer problems and needs. 5. Good service awareness. 6. Driving ability and possession of a driver's license are preferred.
