Job responsibilities
1. The company headquarters enterprise management center 2. Responsible for the administrative work of the Company 3. Responsible for manpower management in the Company 4. Legal work 5. Risk management work 6. Responsible for the implementation of the work arranged by the Group headquarters and the completion of other work assigned by the leadership. 1、对口公司总部企管中心。 2、负责本公司行政工作: - 办公用品计划及采购、资产管理; - 规章制度的拟制、审批流程管理; - 企业文化宣传、外事管理、对外联络工作; - 公文处理、档案管理、公司会议、活动的组织协调与材料编制。 3、负责本公司人力管理工作: - 按照公司招聘政策进行人员招聘管理; - 员工入职离职流程管理、员工绩效管理,包括考核、激励体系、福利政策等制定、实施及核算; - 人工成本管理管理使用、效能管控及薪酬分配; - 本地用工政策的制定、管理; - 培训体系建设,包括培训规划并组织实施; - 本公司团队建设。 4.法务工作: - 提供本地法律咨询,对经营决策提出法律意见,参与制定重要规章制度; - 合同、协议、备忘录等文件模板的起草,合法性、有效性、权益保障性法律审核,及履约等全流程管理,参与重大合同谈判工作; - 办理工商登记及商标、专利、商业秘密保护等有关法律事务,做好知识产权保护工作; - 负责法律风险与法律合规性管理; - 公司注册文件管理及使用,业务运营牌照申请,研究所属地法律法规相关工作。 5.风险管控工作: - 负责贯彻落实关于廉洁从业和预防腐败的各项部署,建设预防和惩治腐败工作体系; - 负责组织开展廉洁文化建设及廉洁从业宣传教育; - 负责劳动用工风险管理及防控、文化建设和信息系统建设工作; 6. 负责落实集团总部安排的工作及完成领导交办的其他工作。
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources, public relations, psychology or other management-related fields; 2. Proficient in Russian and Chinese, with two years of hands-on work experience in HR and administrative positions, HR management experience is preferred; 3. Strong organizational, leadership, management and communication skills; 4. Familiar with the six modules of force resources (human resources planning, recruitment and allocation, training and development, assessment and evaluation, compensation and benefits management, labor relations) ; 5. Some experience in HR and logistics management; 6. Good knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Russia and familiar with local state policies. 1. 统招专科及以上学历,人力资源、公共关系、心理学或其他管理类相专业毕业; 2. 精通俄语、中文熟练,有二年以人事行政岗位实操工作经验,有人事管理岗位工作经验优先; 3. 具备极强的组织、领导、管理能力和良好的沟通能力; 4. 熟悉力资源六大模块(人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、考核与评价、薪酬与福利管理、劳动关系)熟悉; 5. 有一定的人力资源和后勤事务管理经验; 6. 精通俄罗斯当地劳动法律法规、熟悉当地国家政策。
