Job responsibilities
- Maintain the official game community and associated channels, including discord, facebook, tiktok, etc. Use official accounts to interact with users, timely, effectively and properly handle various issues raised by players;
- Collect data on bugs, game opinions and suggestions, and summarize feedback;
- Maintain order in the game, responsible for daily announcements, and online activity implementation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited, proficient in Tagalog and English;
- Love games, especially shooting games;
- Have good adaptability and be able to flexibly deal with various issues raised by players;
- Strong ability to withstand pressure, strong sense of responsibility, and strong initiative.
