1. Provide timely technical support on the problems and advisory service for customers on developer community platforms. 2. Troubleshoot and tune Microsoft based cloud and mobility develop products by analyzing customer’s problems. 3. Understand customer request for features requests and content and channel those to the product teams via partnership with the technical leads 4. Learn advanced cloud and mobility technologies and deliver high-level training internally and externally. 5. Collaborate with US-based escalation team to consult and respond back to customers on highly complex issues.

1. At least 2 years working experience in PHP development 2. Prefer to be familiar with Javascript or node.js 3. Working knowledge of Azure or similar cloud service platforms is preferred 4. Good at reading and writing English. 5. Quick learning and troubleshooting skills are needed.
