Job responsibilities
Overseas Sales Personnel 1. Develop and execute sales strategies, including market analysis, customer development, sales negotiations, order follow-ups, and achieving sales targets. 2. Expand product distribution channels in Europe and America, including dealers and agents. 3. Work abroad approximately 5 times a year, with each stint lasting 20-30 days, to ensure sufficient overseas working time. 4. Opportunity for promotion to the role of overseas branch office principal upon achieving certain sales and after-sales performance targets. **Principal of Overseas Branch Office 1. Implement and execute the company's operational strategy, fully responsible for the management and administration of overseas business in North America/Europe. 2. Develop plans for the North American/European market and drive business goals to completion. 3. Build and maintain customer relationships in North America/Europe, including developing strategic clients and executing marketing activities. 4. Establish and improve the marketing system, after-sales service, and recruitment and training of local talent in North America/Europe. 5. Manage other business operations, including but not limited to public relations, administration, and logistics/storage, and regularly report to the group's General Manager.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or related fields, with familiarity in industries such as intelligent manufacturing, electronic information technology, medical devices, and intelligent mobility. Over 10 years of experience in managing overseas operation teams. 2. Outstanding theoretical knowledge and practical experience in market strategic planning, market development, market management, customer maintenance, and brand building. 3. Ability to manage dealers and agents, with skills in problem analysis, issue resolution, and handling emergencies, as well as a certain level of technical capability. 4. Strong skills in business development, business negotiation, market orientation control, market analysis and judgment, planning and organizing, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent moral qualities. 5. Familiarity with local policies in the U.S./Germany. Preference given to U.S./German citizens or individuals with permanent residency.
