Main responsibilities Product Design and Development Conceptual design and functional planning of new products based on market demand and company strategy. Responsible for detailed product design, including developing design plans, drawing drawings, and writing technical documents. Work closely with the R&D team to complete product development tasks and ensure timely delivery of products. Product testing and optimization Develop product testing plans, conduct performance testing, reliability testing, safety testing, etc. Analyze the test results, propose optimization suggestions, and coordinate the team to improve the product. Track product usage feedback, continuously iterate and upgrade products. Technical research and innovation Pay attention to industry technology trends, research the application of new technologies, processes, and materials. Participate in technological innovation projects and promote the upgrading and innovation of the company's product technology. Write technical reports, share research results, and improve the overall technical level of the team. Cross departmental collaboration and communication Maintain close communication with marketing, sales, production and other departments to understand market demand and ensure market adaptability of product design. Participate in product launches, marketing and other activities to provide support for the successful launch of the product. Collaborate with the production department to ensure the production process and quality control of products. Intellectual Property Management Responsible for the application and maintenance of product related patents, and protecting the company's technological achievements. Participate in the formulation and implementation of the company's intellectual property management system.

Requirement: -Bachelor's degree in engineering or professional degree (product design/machinery/production, etc.) or equivalent. -Having knowledge of product design or project management in a manufacturing environment will be an additional advantage. -Have knowledge in Auto Cad, Solid Work, or other technical drawing programs. -Have knowledge of establishing and maintaining material and product specifications. -Basic knowledge of mold manufacturing technology. -Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin -Can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. -Strong project management and organizational skills. -Able to work independently with minimal supervision. -Able to work within tight deadlines and fast-paced work environments. -Having the motivation, drive, and resourcefulness to achieve company goals
