Provide business information and map sales opportunities to define business strategies. Ensure growth and maintenance of market share for parts and components, fulfilling the annual sales plan. Ensure that XCMG is consulted in all customer acquisition processes. Prospect new business opportunities and develop secure relationships at all hierarchical levels with customers. Prepare visit reports with strategic information to position XCMG competitively. Prospect sales of parts for corrective maintenance by mapping equipment backlogs. Maintain a strong presence in the customer's operation and be the focal point for parts and components. Hold meetings with the customer's PCM team, understanding the demand for parts for preventive maintenance and avoiding parts shortages.

Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering and/or related areas. Proven experience with maintenance of yellow line machines. Intermediate skills with Office Package, especially Excel. CV focused on the commercial and technical side of yellow line machines. B driving license. Availability to live in the Contagem/MG region or nearby cities. Availability to travel.
