Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the project according to the company's strategic development requirements and project positioning;
2. Responsible for improving the overall service quality of the project, coordinating the relevant relationships within the project, maintaining and improving the brand image and reputation of the company and the property company;
3. Completed the review, signing and renewal of the contract; Responsible for organizing and implementing bidding activities;
4. In accordance with the project situation, we will energetically develop a variety of operations, open source throttling and improve profit margins;
5. Train the talent echelon, constantly push forward the project team culture construction, constantly eliminate management risks, and make the operation of the project run smoothly and efficiently.
Job requirements
1. Aged 30-45, with good image and fluent English;
2. Full-time college degree or above;
3. Have experience in the property management industry for more than 5 years, and have been responsible for high-end office building project for more than 3 years;
4. Have a comprehensive understanding of the property industry and have their own independent opinions; Familiar with the policies and regulations and development dynamics of the property industry, proficient in modern property management, and full operation of the property management capabilities of the group.
