Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Project Management Responsible for overall project planning, schedule control, resource allocation and risk management. Develop project plans and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and in quality. Monitor project progress, identify problems and coordinate solutions to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Organize regular project meetings to report project progress, share lessons learned and optimize project processes. Team Management Set up and manage the R&D team, formulate team goals and work plan. Assign R&D tasks, clarify responsibilities and expectations, and ensure efficient collaboration among team members. Provide training and guidance to team members to improve the overall technical level of the team. Motivate team members, create a favorable team atmosphere, and enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness. Requirements analysis and design Communicate with clients or business departments to collect and organize project requirements. Analyze and evaluate the requirements to determine the technical implementation plan and project scope. Develop project design documents to clarify system architecture, module division, interface definition, etc. Organize the team to review the design document to ensure the rationality and feasibility of the design. R&D Process Management Monitor the R&D progress to ensure the team develops according to the plan. Coordinate the interface docking and intermodulation between modules. Organize code review and testing to ensure code quality and system stability. Locate and solve problems during the R&D process to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Job requirements
Qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree or above; 25 years old or above 2.Minimum 6 months overseas study or work experience, worked min. 6 month in managerial position in the company 3.Fluent English and preferably additional language of the destination; Chinese is an advantage 4.Office software proficiency 5.Sales and marketing skills, well developed destination knowledge, interest into legal matters, strong communication and intercultural skills, well organized and structured working ability, result orientated
