Job Responsibilities: 1. Learn new product development quality standards and promote the implementation of new product development quality standards in production factories; 2. Participate in the review of each stage of new product development, verify that the product meets customer or internal control quality standards requirements; 3. Develop quality control methods for process and inspection, review process documents and inspection instructions; 4. Collect quality information from various stages of the product, analyze the quality status, and output product improvement plans; 5. Analyze the causes of leading customer complaints, evaluate the effectiveness of countermeasures, and standardize them to prevent recurrence;

Job Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics/ communication/ electromechanical engineering; 2. Having good organizational and coordination skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities; 3. Proficient in using various office software; 4. Experience in product thinking, brand operation, 6sigma projects, PMP project management, and other related areas will be given priority for recruitment.
