Job responsibilities

Job requirements
1. Conduct demand analysis and trend forecasting for national markets, keeping abreast of industry dynamics. 2. Develop channel strategies and plans based on channel map insights to ensure achievement of channel business objectives. 3. Formulate key account sales strategies and corresponding industry integrator partner strategies based on market analysis insights, and implement relevant work plans to ensure key account sales targets are met. 4. Oversee regional and national channel development and operations, industry client development and operations, as well as satisfaction management and business sustainability. 5. Manage and train regional and national sales and service teams daily to enhance overall team performance. 6. Organize and implement marketing activities to increase the company's brand awareness in regional and national markets.
