Job responsibilities
We are looking for a person who can take on the role of Regional Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing market strategies, and overseeing team operations in Thailand. This role requires a deep understanding of the Thai market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain key business relationships. Key Responsibilities: o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Thailand. o Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective networking and relationship-building. o Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the Thai market. o Provide regular reports to senior management on business performance and market insights. o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows in Thailand. o Build and lead a high-performing team in Thailand, including hiring, training, and performance management. o Ensure effective communication between the Thailand team and the global headquarters.
Job requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Experience in the Thai market is highly desirable. • Language Skills: Fluent in both Thai and English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus. • Skills and Abilities: o Strong leadership and team management skills. o Proven track record in sales and business development. o Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities. o Strong communication and negotiation skills. o Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
