Job responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners, providing high-quality service and support to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Implement business strategies and plans for the Turkish market to achieve sales and profit targets.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in Turkish, English, and Chinese, with the ability to communicate fluently both orally and in writing. Willing to be stationed in Turkey and travel abroad frequently.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
3. Over 3 years of experience in sales or management in the software industry, with preference for experience in multinational companies.
4. Familiar with the characteristics and demands of the Turkish market, with a good network of clients and partners.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong sales techniques, and negotiation abilities, capable of effectively achieving business goals.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to market changes and challenges.
