Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the regional operation team of social products, including but not limited to guild operations, user operations, and event operations, with accountability for regional revenue. 2. Develop business objectives for each stage of the product within the region, break down key tasks, and drive operations, growth, and product goals. 3. Formulate and execute overall operational strategies (including but not limited to guild policy development, guild host recruitment, host content management, user and currency dealer policy formulation, etc.), data-driven, and accountable for the final outcomes. 4. Collect industry competitive product dynamics and information, understand competitors' guild operation strategies and core host resources, and adjust and optimize operational strategies in a timely manner.
Job requirements
1. Strong business breakdown ability with a mature operational methodology. 2. Good data sensitivity with clear and accurate judgment of key data indicators and goal achievement paths. 3. Understanding of social interactions and user psychology, with a strong interest and deep insight into social dynamics. 4. Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, a high level of owner awareness, and strong self-motivation. 5. Over 5 years of internet work experience, with at least 1 year of experience in operating Thai language live streaming products.
